調整既有文件的標題、段落、圖表與頁面配置，讓內容容易閱讀，也符合你需要的格式。We adjust the headings, paragraphs, charts and page layout of existing documents so they are easy to read and match the format you need.

整理簡報順序與重點，搭配合適的文字和畫面，完成適合報告或提案使用的投影片。We organize the flow and key points, pair them with suitable text and visuals, and deliver slides ready for a report or pitch.

運用你提供的素材，完成基本剪輯、字幕與畫面編排。影片長度、風格與交付格式會先和你確認。Using the footage you provide, we do basic editing, subtitles and scene arrangement. Length, style and delivery format are confirmed with you first.
依你的指示操作指定網站，協助完成題目與相關流程。開始前會先確認操作範圍、所需資料與完成條件。Following your instructions, we operate a specified website to complete tasks and related steps. Scope, required information and completion criteria are confirmed before we start.
依照實際用途製作小工具或自動化程式，協助處理重複工作。先確認功能與使用環境，再安排製作。We build small tools or automation scripts for your actual use to handle repetitive work. Features and environment are confirmed before we begin.

銀行轉帳；NT$500（含）以上先付 30% 訂金，再開始製作，交件後付清餘額。By bank transfer. For NT$500 or more, a 30% deposit is paid before work begins, and the balance is paid on delivery.
原確認範圍內提供一次免費修改；新增內容或超出範圍，另行確認費用。One free revision within the confirmed scope; additional content or out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

墨鋒主要處理文件與簡報：整理內容、統一格式，讓資料容易閱讀。常用工具是 Word、PowerPoint 和 Excel，表格與數據整理也能處理。Inkacuity mainly handles documents and presentations: organizing content and unifying formats so the material is easy to read. The tools used most are Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and tables and data organizing are covered too.
接案前會先確認需求、素材和截止日期，範圍講清楚再開始。還不確定要不要委託，也可以先寫信或到 Threads 詢問。Before starting, the needs, materials and deadline are confirmed and the scope is made clear. If you are not sure yet whether to commission anything, you can ask first by email or on Threads.

可以，例如只做封面、某一章的版面，或只調整圖表。請在需求中說明範圍。Yes, for example only the cover, the layout of one chapter, or just adjusting charts. Please describe the scope in your request.
可以。請提供你有權使用的圖片、文字與資料，若素材來自他人，請先確認授權。Yes. Please provide images, text and data you have the right to use. If materials come from others, check the licensing first.
多數案件會在當天內完成交件。若內容量較大，我會在確認需求時先告訴你預計的交期。Most projects are delivered the same day. For larger jobs, I will tell you the expected delivery time when confirming your needs.
可以。若需要在一小時內交件，會加收 20% 費用，並視當時的工作量確認是否能接。Yes. Delivery within one hour carries a 20% surcharge, and acceptance depends on the current workload.
通常一天內回覆。若遇假日或工作量較大，會另外通知。Usually within one day. On holidays or busy periods, I will let you know separately.
一般需要：內容或素材、用途說明（例如用於課堂報告或投稿）、格式要求、截止日期。資料越完整，報價與交期越準確。Generally: the content or materials, the purpose (such as a class report or a submission), format requirements and the deadline. The more complete, the more accurate the quote and timing.
報價內包含 1 次免費修改。超出範圍的修改會另行報價，並事先告知。One free revision is included in the quote. Revisions beyond the scope are quoted separately, with notice in advance.
我們會先說明差異，並提供追加報價，由你決定是否繼續。We will explain the difference and provide an additional quote, and you decide whether to continue.
若錯誤來自我們的製作，會免費修正；若來自你提供的素材或內容，則需另外處理。Errors caused by our production are fixed free of charge; errors from materials or content you provided are handled separately.
一般提供 Word、PDF、PowerPoint 或 Excel，若需要其他格式請事先說明。Usually Word, PDF, PowerPoint or Excel. Please tell us beforehand if you need other formats.
使用銀行轉帳。案件金額 NT$500（含）以上，需先支付 30% 作為訂金，交件後付清餘額。By bank transfer. For projects of NT$500 or more, a 30% deposit is required first, and the balance is paid on delivery.
不開立發票。No invoices are issued.
開始製作前取消，不收取任何費用。已開始製作的案件取消，收取 50% 的費用。Cancel before work begins and there is no charge. Cancelling after work has started incurs 50% of the fee.
我們會妥善保管你提供的資料，僅用於完成該案子。完成後的素材與成品是否保留，會依你的要求處理。We keep the information you provide safe and use it only for your project. Whether materials and finished work are kept afterward is handled according to your request.
只有經過你同意才會公開，並會去除個人與機密資訊。Only with your consent, and personal and confidential information will be removed.
